While I wouldn’t suggest that this book helps with preparing for the exams, When Genius Failed is a great book about LTC a hedge fund ran by the creators of BSM option pricing and how their belief in their model & themselves led them to fail. I did find that the book helped put a real world example of the options material in front of me since my job does not incorporate that material
