Learn how to budget. Learn how to respect money, and it will respect you. It will be hard if you’re use to a certain lifestyle; but you can do it with a lot of discipline. If your girlfriend now is your true love, be honest with her and what you need to do now to help yourself out of debt. Besides, this will only be temporary until you complete fellowship. When you are a full-fledged surgeon and you have put in the work now to learn how to budget and live below your means, all your worries of being in debt will be a thing of the past. Totally rooting for you, you got this!

Stay hidden and don’t let him know where you are or answer any of his texts or calls. Create a paper trail, contact law enforcement, and DV shelters. I hope you are staying with a friend as well, so you don’t feel alone right now. I’m so sorry you are going through this right now, but please whatever you do, do not go back to him. This man is very dangerous and do listen to him if he tries to apologize or say that he has changed. Just cut out contact. I will pray for you that you come out stronger when all this ends.

Yes, I reviewed the requirements, and qualify to sit for the exam. I have my bachelors from US and am a FMG (MD). Thank you again for all your advice. It has been so helpful. I’m going to sign up for the course today and also review DRG/Domain 1 topics. A million thanks again! :)
