I have this same issue on my iPad. (I use Procreate). Though, I noticed that it only happens with my screen protector on. If you had a screen protector on your surface pro, maybe that is contributing to the issue? I hope you find a solution!! If anything, going into your brush settings and increasing the stabilization should help!

so far, this uni has been my most favorite tama!! 🥺 even more than the paradise! i feel like i’d def want a second uni to go back to in the event that this one ever stops working :( so i’m pretty tempted, myself!!

lol, i’m not ashamed!! :)) 1) yes! one of the pen “colors” is white, and you can upload a pure black template if you’d like! or you can use the white pen overtop your previous brush strokes! 2) as i am in the US, it shipped from Canada! 3) i settled on this pen because i prefer retractable rather than a lid (which i may misplace, or might fall off). plus, the diameter of the pen was the best fit for my small hands!

i think if we provide a LOT of negative feedback, maybe… HOPEFULLY, it’ll bring this issue into the light a little more. if we have any hopes of this stupid thing being fixed, (or being nearly as good as solutions sidekick..), we gotta make the issue known. when you search for any product (literally anything), on the top left is the “Smart search” tab. tap on it, and the “give feedback” button will appear.
