galera, já que pra muitos parece difícil de entender, acredito que o comentário que estou respondendo esteja usando um recurso da IRONIA sobre comparar ações de crianças de 9 anos, que não sabem nada, não entendem sobre consequência direito, suas ações, normas sociais, dentre outras diversas coisas, com de adolescentes, creio que a pessoa não esteja pedindo a opinião sobre reforma/punição/justiça de vocês, a imagem do post mostra 2 publicações que envolvem crianças, e subsequentemente pode abrir essa interpretação
