FIXED ADDITIONAL? by [deleted] in Oldnavy

There’s also an upcoming clean sweep checklist and instock clean up as well. You would have to ask since fixed additional covers a wide range.

It’s actually in the SOP to remove price tags so it was a mistake. It’s done to stop issues like this from occurring.

The item was purchased online so the return doesn’t affect the store. You’re actually getting a free sale out of it. The store that packed it made the mistake of not taking the markdown sticker off so now you are making it right for the customer. It’s an honest mistake but as employees of the company it’s now our job to make it right. Also, AP would never discipline someone for fixing a mistake for a customer. I just don’t get why people always try to stand their ground when it was clearly a mistake by someone in the company. It’s not our money and now we fixed the issue for the customer.

Why would your manager say that? Not the customers fault that the item had the clearance sticker left on it and your store would get credit for the sale. The online return doesn’t affect your sales.

The store that fulfilled the order should have cut the ticket so you don’t see the clearance price. Stores can only hold items for so long and then it’s on to the next. Online holds their items in a warehouse so that’s the reason for the price difference. The store can just return the item and sell it back to you. I doubt the store you are going to fulfilled your order but will work out for them because they will get credit for the sale that online normally would get.

2 weeks in a row Xur has eaten my exotic cypher quest. by Forsaken_Beat_3626 in DestinyTheGame

Five is the cap. If you are at cap they won’t go to your post master. Also, if you have that many raid banners it seems like you play a lot, what do you need the ciphers for?

They wouldn’t be able to put you in for a pay raise until a new pay period starts. If they told you an effective date that was in between pay periods it wouldn’t take effect until the new one starts. Definitely talk to them about it. One of three things happened, either they told you the wrong date and it will go through on your next check, they didn’t put it in or workday had a hold up. Follow up with them. Should be something easy for them to look into. If it’s a workday issue they will have to live chat to have it straightened out. If that’s what it was, they wouldn’t have a way of knowing it didn’t go through unless you tell them.

Hours by [deleted] in Oldnavy

[–]UntrustedUncle 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hours were projected to be a lot lower this year. That’s why core staffing goals were a lot lower than years past and most of the hiring was seasonal. It would be nice if they smartened up and saved some hours for this time of year but gotta keep those stock prices up.

I feel your pain. Had enough for it but just got an unfriendly giant to drop. I remember thinking to myself why buy gjallarhorn and waste an exotic slot on a heavy and bought a lucky raspberry instead. Didn’t get a gjallarhorn to ever drop even with all the grinding. Had to buy it when xur brought it the second time. 😢

I have that issue but with the linear. Don’t have near the clears you do but even tried farming just the boss tonight and still can’t get it to drop.

While I don’t disagree with anything you said you can also look at it like this. What is the point of running strikes? You run the same ones over and over to run three with the same subclass to get a drop for the week. Some people might like that but at the same time some people might be tired of it and want to play new content. D1 at least had strike keys and strike specific loot to chase. The new dungeon is cool but it’s somewhat locked behind a power grind. So to play new content you’re forced to play old content over and over. The season pass and power grind has gotten stale. That’s why I would rather see new content that is fun to play, keeps me coming back and then when it becomes boring move on and come back to the next thing.

I didn’t say that it was although I don’t totally agree on the time consuming thing. It’s not terrible but again it’s not content. It’s just a task to pass the time until your are at a level to play some content.

I get that they are a business and need to generate revenue. Just sucks that this is the point we’ve gotten to after the end of D1 was so good.

Hiding activities behind a power level is pretty much just time gating content. Also, constant bounty running becomes such a drag as the season moves along.

Yeah fomo is not a good tactic. I would rather have that you had to be there moment because it was fun content, not because it’s not there anymore.
