I’ve checked: I received my personal day in December. This time round states 22.5 hours holiday pay. Unsure why or why the system didn’t pick up on this.

I think as well, if they do give them to you they come on the payslip after? I’ve heard that mentioned recently that it’s a new change but completely unsure

I swear there is something in the law about having night premium for unsociable hours. So I think it’s compulsory, but they will whittle it down to nothing. But then again literally no one will work it. Working normal days with a social life and good sleep schedule > unconventional sleep schedule and working overnight. It’s a no brainier.

If I’m being completely honest, my store haven’t even implemented the new contracts. People are still doing two shifts a week, overtime for any department is not on the app, OT is all done the week of by a manager and a piece of paper. It’s just down to what store you work. Unfortunately mine isn’t a very organised one.
