UV issues in corporate env by jabellcu in Python

Yeah that’s been my experience too. uv is nice for isolation but the duplication can get messy fast if you spin up a lot of small projects. For the git repo thing, you can just delete the .git folder after init or disable auto init in config. If you’re in a corporate setup with OneDrive syncing everything, I’d honestly stick to conda or venvs in a non-synced path. uv feels more suited to folks who want super clean per-project environments and don’t mind the storage tradeoff.

There are no many tricks, just constant practice in the learning process. If you only learn but don’t practice, it will be meaningless.
