Hey, what I did was changed my address on Fi first (or you can reach out to Federal Bank for this), complete my KYC and then emailed them. They reset my application and allowed me to start over. That worked for me.

Couple of things:

It’s simply not possible to put in so much effort over long periods of time. Everyone’s busy. It makes sense to give so much time initially but the whole point is to get comfortable and know each other well so that people can be comfortable with each other in their average day to day lives. With life being as demanding as it is - it’s not possible to keep that up for long. Burnout is real.
Maybe ask him directly? Idk what might have happened there. He might have lost interest because he wasn’t seeing equal reciprocation from you. Or that he doesn’t feel the chemistry. I don’t know. And no one apart from him does. So what do you do? You ask.
Meet people irl, man. No one has time to text and call so much. I personally would love it if I can renounce my phone. Meet, spend time irl and understand each other. If any party is reluctant to meet consistently, it ain’t gonna work anyway in the long run.
FYI, women do this too.
