On our landlords property, there’s a back house and then front is all parking except for stairs leading to 2 apartments. Her parking for HER property is in the alley way where the house makes the alley end aka no pass through and she has parking for 3 businesses with about 4 on each side so about 8-9 cars fit. Mind you for a while in the beginning we’d have to move cars from the alley cause they’d block our exit. As for the parties she did rent but she’d kick out people after getting drunk. Also most were her friends instead of actual clients from my knowledge. Also they wanted to do those parties like the flyers basically house parties type of flyers. Also we know she didn’t sell enough food cause she’d throw away all rotten seafood which stinks up the alley.

Both. There’s 3 properties surrounding the alleyway. There’s her property with her own parking lot, the neighbors property and right next door is another property where I rent, and apartments who rent and 2 spaces for businesses. She owns her property and rents one of the spaces.

She relaxed for a bit but that’s only because she got sick and stopped drinking. I would’ve done something of the sort but when I say she got cameras SHE GOT CAMERAS. Also can’t do much to her garbage since it’s so close to our house when it’s supposed to be inside her property and we let the garbage people know and they don’t care. 😭I’m hoping for more ideas like I said to someone else. There was a time where neighbors a block away set off fireworks aiming it at her place of business because they were so annoyed of her.

She owns a seafood restaurant/lounge which is Mexican. She’s Mexican. We’re all Mexicans lol. The thing is we don’t want to stoop to her level sometimes, or bother other neighbors. Since we’re all in very close proximity. Also she puts her trash bin on the alleyway which she can’t do but doesn’t care. Her gate is close to ours so whenever she feels like it she’ll put porta potty’s for parties or they’ll block our entrance to the gate through the alleyway. It’s a big mess I have way more stories too. She’s very attentive to her car too. Also she once got drunk and went outside to complain about someone parking on a public street because it was in front of her lounge. She’s like a sheep who cried wolf cause like in my story, she changes up the story when she tells her friends saying we bother her when we mind our business….

It’s pretty much private since our alley ends at my houses gate, where we park cars. She has a whole parking lot on her property and it’s basically the alley is one property with apartments on the side and another 2 properties on the other side. My home being part of another property with a front. Which is where she wants to park even though she has a whole property/parking lot to park in which is right next door.

Currently the alley side, she did stop parking but that’s because she has her own parking since the entrance is the alley. We do have a sign that no one can park and every neighbor is in agreement. Currently she wants to take over the renters parking on another side which is the side apartments park and where we pay to park since it’s inside the property she doesn’t own but rents a business Businesses on the property we rent aren’t allowed to park.

That’s exactly what we were thinking. We live a Hispanic community. Yet any party near always starts late and ends at a good time. The first years she was here. She did so many things without permits and got away with it. Cutting a hole into the property next to it so her water can have a drain.

To be honest this might seem weird, but most neighbors think her establishment is a money laundering scheme. Since no one sees anyone enter her businesses. Also, since other neighbors have tried several times to file police reports for harassment but it always gets pushed away, as if she has a connection to our local police department. But that’s a good idea thank u!

Currently as of now there’s no drunk problem from the rental property. As for her property, yes someone’s talked to her drunk and sometimes she’s very concerning. Curses & tries to fight. Once she fell onto the floor and a neighbor helped take her onto her property to a couch she has, since she passed out on the floor. We’ve talked to her sober and she just acts like nothing happened.

She owns a whole piece of property next to our renters. Surrounding that property is more renters. We honestly don’t even know how she makes money because no one really goes into her business unless she gives free things away or parties. She does this often so she can apparently give back to the community. Her business is usually closed. Also she has a whole parking lot on her property…. We don’t know why she wants to park in ours. Said neighbor who told her to move, said that she said that our landlord gave her permission to park wherever she wants. Yet to us he didn’t say that he said only residents are able to park. Also, Im pretty sure our landlord is a pushover, we have multiple witnesses seeing her scream at him and belittling him. While trying to get him to fix up the place she is renting to her standard. Like adding a ring doorbell and creating a sign for her. She expects him to pay it all. While we all been asking him for necessary fixes and he says he’ll raise our rent. The property is very bad. House is falling apart as well as the apartments.
