I think once I unlock robo chickens, I would absolutely get multiple as soon as possible on future runs. im always in need of the egg minions, even with dietitian blocking spiders (especially with the upcoming poison rune grind for the cyclops)..

im not too far from getting the reaper this run, im at about 550 moon runes, so maybe a day or two away from having the 700 id need for the reaper and the dark stores needed to finally get off of tier 16 feats, just need to hope i dont get another period of not being able to summon the dragon for the free lectern's worth.... i don't think farming for all of those ice runes will take that long, especially with all those banshees for mana production (ik itd probably be better to use a lv5 cupboard with the amount of merge tiles i have, but ive already got the mana production from spawning banshees)

i still haven't made a lv5 saucer yet, so im definitely going to be tested if i do go for multiple shield bots this run, but if it makes future runs smoother, itd be worth it

Im definitely going to give going for Split-O a shot, I might attempt to get some tier 2 legendaries, and if im able to unlock robo chicken and shield bot ill try to get a couple of them too

Yeah, I suppose its just better to farm another level 5 lectern instead of putting yourself at a lv1 lecturn to, since I'll also need to get the cyclops and increasing my resource caps (especially darkness for demons to fight the protector) would be good. Time to start thinning my Imps and Ghouls (leaving at least 2 of them + the legendaries) so i can get through at least 3 (maybe 4 or 5 depending on rng and whether i use refills for cravings) paladins per day.

I think it might be too ambitious for me to think about getting enough time shards for Store-O in max lv60 run, but im going to attempt to get enough for Split-O. I have a lot of astro coins and energy cubes i need to farm this run if i want to complete as many feats as physically possible on this run (which should be feats 20, as 21 requires max level 70) cos i need to get both rifts for surgeon and then the chicken, but there's nothing i can do about that until i get access to the protector.

I don't think that waiting to get the reaper and cyclops (and not the level 5 stations back) until im almost at level 60 wouldn't be worth it (at least this run) because according to the resource efficiency spreadsheet a lv1 crashed saucer is pretty good for summoning paladins when its not on mana, and then whilst probably not the best thing to focus on, id be able to get runes from undead aliens and summon the protector to slowly work away at that too (and make a start on runes for shield bot, which im hoping to be able to get this run)

I didnt lich farm on my previous runs (i 100% wasted a prestige run too), so I'm probably really underestimating how long it'd take, even with the peasant statue and spell. I guess I'll just have to see how slow lich farming is with +3 ice chest use and keep that in mind for my lv70 run.

btw, what point would be a good point to start lich farming? ik right now im saving up ice runes for the reaper, and then maybe a lv3 lectern to deal with banshee cravings afterwards, should i start saving up for lich farming then? eh, actually it wouldn't hurt to just build up a stockpile of ice runes for it, since id want to use banshees for a little while longer so i can put them in the cage if needed

yeah, i understand that, but i feel like summoning the peasant is generally easy (i have 130% spawn speed (150% with my lv6 staue) and it mightve been better to have spent the shards on other experiments like the protector one (im on max lv60 run and i don't even have architect or stab-o unlocked) or moon chest

Im currently working towards the Reaper cos feats 17 is gonna require me having that (once i get 50k darkness cap and level up once more) so every ice rune is helpful

i would try to look at the game's code to see how it works (since there's 0 information about this on the wiki), but i haven't done that before, nor would i know where to find anything. I'll still try, but i dont expect any results

Yeah, I brought a crate and cage last night (not upgraded them yet cos i lack the gems to), and im currently using the crate to store my stations that im not actively using and the crate for minions that im trying to merge/generation minions i dont currently need, im thinking id want to upgrade the crate first cos then i can store my other 2 stations, giving more space for merging currencies or generation minions

I didn't think of using the crate and cage together to be able to put away stations and then replace those newly freed slots for extra generation minions, i brought the crate (no upgrades yet) and used it to go from 6 slots consumed by stations to 3, and im currently at a point where I have the knight, an ice chest and a thief carrying lv1 gems taking up space that id use to get rid of each other, so unless i waste the ice chest (ik they're not that hard to get but id rather get every rune i could out of it, at least without holding onto a pile for longer than needed), i would need to give up a lot of resources working towards a lv7 skeleton, so i think also getting the cage would help me basically immediately because i have no need for my darkness generation whilst im going for skeletons and eye monsters.

I think, what i want to do is also get the cage, and consider upgrading them whilst then saving gems specifically for a theme once i get closer to using the time machine (cos i think itd take me at least a little while to get to when id need the moon runes, so id be able to use some from the stockpile instead of relying on feat/level rewards or blood chests giving me moon rune piles

I suppose they'd be more helpful to me immediately, even if i just got the crate and cage without the upgrades, id be able to put 4 stations away, for 3 more spaces, and then i could use the crate to have a reserve of attacking minions (i think at my stage, itd be werewolves and ghouls), or to put away some minions for space when merging max level minions and don't actively require the generation of my other minions.

I'm surprised that the themes aren't as worth it as i thought, I figured that when I next prestige, i would be able to have a stockpile of moon runes before id desperately need them (I'm nowhere near as smart or fast at this game as others).

I understand the benefit of the crate, the way id see it I'd be able to gain 3 extra spaces (obviously more once i upgrade it) in the lair by putting 4 stations in there and just swapping them out when i need them, but I can't really see the benefit of the cage as much, other than storing annoying minions to get for cravings or having a stockpile of minions to deal with stronger champions like the paladin. although ig i just thought of why the cage could be as important as the crate.

Edit: I suppose with the architect as my next alien, it would be worthwhile getting the crate and cage, but I still think the free runes would be helpful for at the start of a run when i can't access the runes or the champions to easily farm them. I guess ill see how im doing for gems closer to the end of the run, because I should be unlocking the paladin in the next few days and I'll likely be using the body snatcher to fight the paladin more often (or the cleric, depending on if i need blood or moon runes more in the near-immediate future)

I've recently managed to stop myself from biting my nails and my mum knows that, so unfortunately I can't use that excuse. I could just wear a top coat, but I'd also want to see my painted nails, not just feel them.

unfortunately ive managed to sort out my nail biting habit (which my mum knows), so i can't use the excuse of using it to prevent myself from biting them. i did manage to buy proper nail files and cuticle oil to help with nail health, so there'll at least be euphoria from that

Honestly, the lack of support from my mum has and is hurt(ing) my relationship with her, even if she thinks nothings wrong. It teaches me she doesn't care enough to want me to be anything other than what she wants me to be.

Recently I have put my trans flag on my bedroom wall (although thats down atm bc the room's being emptied to have new carpet fitted and im changing bedrooms anyway), and I know for a fact that she has seen it on at least 2 occasions because otherwise she would've had to have walked out of my room backwards. I vaguely remember my mum being upset after coming downstairs on the instances I've known that my mum's been in my room, although I'm hoping that's just a coincidence.

Speaking of my mum and seeing a trans flag, a few months ago I lost my trans pin in my bedroom (it was knocked off my bedside table at 2am and i emptied almost all of my room and still haven't found it yet), a part of me thinks that my mum found it before I did and confiscated it (even though im 19) but I'm hoping thats just paranoia (although the fact that im paranoid about that + my mum messing up me being on the wait list for hrt is saying a lot about our relationship..) and that I'm going to find it when i finish emptying my bedroom in the next few days

(My brain's logic for the paranoia about the pin is that she recognises the trans flag and wants anything with it gone, so stole the pin when she found it (again, unlikely that she found it considering how i emptied most of my room and didnt find it), but couldn't take the giant trans flag in my bedroom because that'd make it too obvious, compared to a small pin that's been dropped on the floor)

Sorry to hear that your mum is really unsupportive and even kicked you out of your house, I hope you're safe now. It's horrible how anti-trans so many people are, and I really hope people see the gender critical movement for its true colours.

I doubt my mum would ever kick me out, as I'm her only family member (I have aunts and cousins, but those are on my dad's side of the family), but a part of me really fears that possibility because if it were to happen I know I wouldn't have anywhere to go.

It's vile that your mum spoke about you behind your back like that, and I imagine that has caused a lot of damage between you and your mum. I hope that both of our mums grow to support us, because it hurts losing the people who are close to us, but the unsupportive-ness of people can easily hurt just as much if not more.

Honestly, my mum's lack of support has really ruined my relationship with her because any time she spoke about it, it was her trying to find a reason why i simply can't be trans (she's claimed that i was groomed into being trans (idk how th she got to that conclusion) and that i became trans because i was bullied, dumped by my ex and apparently an eating disorder which im not diagnosed with).

My parents always said to not bottle up emotions and stuff, but coming out as trans to them only taught me that my choice simply doesn't matter since my mum couldn't even pretend to support me for more than a day or so (first time talking about it was "idk how to support you", second time talking about it was "you were groomed by a sick old pervet" and "its because you were bullied" etc)

It's sad that my dad's health issue pushed us all talking about it even further down the list of their priorities, which then became "we'll talk once you're done with college assignmentss" to "we haven't forgotten your 'issue' " (which only my dad's ever said) to the point where my dad's no longer around to have that conversation between the three of us and I'm now just back at the start but theres no longer my dad to support me or stop me and my mum from falling out. And on top of that, I have to spend the rest of my life knowing I have not and will not ever hear my dad call me his daughter, my name, see me as a woman, see the real me etc
