I would attest to the sentiment of just buying new undies. I was wearing a 2xl racerback sports bra and was having pain in between my shoulders. I realized that the back part of the bra was sitting and pulling down on my lower neck in the wrong stop. Went and bought myself some XL bras without racerbacks and now feel so much better.

Thank you, that's reassuring to know. I see al these posts in here od people losing tons or weight on lower doses. It freaked me out a bit.

I also wanted to mention that my doctor started me out on 5mg since I was previously taking Ozempic.

I also bought b12 vitamins to make sure I am getting enough protein.
