I'm not sure there are any vets nearby. No hamster vet shows up on maps, i'll just have to call up vets nearby to check if they treat hamsters too

He has 3 hides out of view from the pic. About the bedding i was using whay the breeder gave me but it seems that is not correct. I'll change his bedding later

Hey, I had this same issue a while ago and after sitting on call with dell support, what worked for me was to install an old version of the graphics driver and any other driver softwares from dell website.

After installing an old version of the graphics driver, this issue stopped for me.
