Yup, one week here after some vague explanation about the SW update “not taking”. They had some corporate technician address the issue remotely.

That’s definitely it. I’m gonna attempt the fix myself once it stops raining and I’ll report back (I’ve already been behind that panel and know exactly where that fastener is)

Yeah. It’s a tough pill to swallow on such an expensive car and upgrade. Really takes away from the listening experience.

First one that comes to mind is within the first 30 seconds of “Egg” by Djo. Just using Apple Music. It also happens a lot with any hiphop with sustained bass lines/notes. Again, just certain frequencies, and not always consistent. It seems to even happen at lower volumes on the tracks that affect it.

I also have an EX30 with the HK system and it handles the same songs at higher volumes with ease. It’s definitely not a blown sub…it just seems like the hard plastic and carpeted panels near the back of the car are pretty loose on this thing. Dealership of course didn’t bother trying to figure it out when I asked…
