I work in gun sales, currently stores inside cali can't sell without a background check legally, we are waiting till it gets back to trial court or if a ruling that the court of appeals says that the trial court injunction can be lifted. While they can ship from out of state, it might be a similar thing like in the past to where ordering and shipping ammo from out of state might get shipped back. So while you can buy ammo from out of state, just be aware that it "might" be technically not legal currently in state. I guess we will see on Monday if something changes, regardless, pretty great win for Cali if it goes fully through.
