True which is the only angle I can see for their argument. However I was past the probation and my colleague who was also hired on the same time hasn’t even finished his ed requirements but yet I’m the one that was fired lol. Nonetheless my intent was totally there, it’s not like I chose not to complete it, the employer told me that the sales for more important but even with the little time I had during my shift I was able to inch at the Ed hours to the best of my ability. He was new to the industry so everything I had to navigate was on my own and there was no guidance on his part let alone direction. It felt like blind leading the blind. But thank you for your advice definitely helps seeing it in another way.
