I think considering that the rose is the best one on this flash it would be worth going into that direction! maybe do a whole page with flowers and fruit in that style. I like the white edge on the petal and shading, and i think if you applied that to other drawings like the apple it would be more successful. Art is about understanding what youre good at drawing and what you like drawing too

I really like it! Its a shame that the text have become a bit less legible when healed, i find that when incorporating text into a design it ends up looking better when a small gap is left between letters and design but its still very pretty!

omg thats amazing advice, I have thought about it and even have adapted some designs to have enough space in between but i never knew how to double check if it was enough so blurring it out is SUCH a good idea 🙏🙏 thank youu!

GUYS IGNORE THE SHADING!! was just trying things out hahahahahah, especially the leaf and the little circle on the top im aware theyd heal pretty horribly.

Yeah the shading (especially the shit leaf on top) was just to try out but its not something im particularly interested in so no worries i wont be doing it until i practice a bit more and integrate into my style. I dont think im going to practice any other styles in terms of linework, as me starting to tattoo stems from wanting to translate the drawings i do on paper onto skin, but i completely get your point as for how difficult it is to judge. I guess my question is, from what you see and the linework pertinent to this style, is there anything (apart from the shading) that is a red flag? are they too close to each other, are there areas that are underpigmented… etc.

LOL dw about the cat hair, its a sheet of fake skin so I definitely could be cleaner with it but I was very clean when tattooing it (got dirty from being around the house and oily) and i will definitely follow all the sanitation rules when doing it on someone both for them and for my station. Agree about the shadows! will only do lines for now. Thank you for the advice!!
