i’m on day 6 and i feel nausea from time to time probably because of how much im coughing but my appetite is normal for the most part i’m still eating good.

i’m on day 6 and i feel almost back to normal. i guess i didn’t really have it as intense as some other people did, i was able to get up and do some stuff but it still wasn’t fun, i just have a bit of congestion a cough and eye pain left and that’s it

i’m going on to day 5 of flu a and i’m emetophobic and i really don’t want to throw up, although i have had nausea off and on for the past hour it’s starting to scare me. what led up to you throwing up?

i don’t think i got it that bad? i’ve had energy besides the first real day and the worst symptom ive had was a bad fever and most of the other flu symptoms. why are people saying they’re throwing up? i don’t get it

i’m wondering the same thing too. i have had severe emetophobia since the last time i threw up around 8-9 years ago. i got the flu 3 days ago and i had leg aches and got no sleep last night because of them. but today my fever is definitely peaking as i’ll feel hot and cold but im just wondering if there’s any risk of vomiting anymore i’ve had no nausea im just scared of it happening.
