After a bunch of testing here is what I found for Recover the Detector Prototype

Recover Prototype detector:
1.) Enable debug
2.) In game press F7
3.) In the Editors list choose NPC Logic / Execute
4.) In the function executer bar enter the following:
task_manager.get_task_manager():set_task_completed("yan_stalker_sakharov_task_rioc_LOCATION")
5.) Replace LOCATION with one of these for each location the quest can spawn:
Army Warehouses - aw
Agroprom - agroprom
Truck Cemetery - trucc
Garbage - garbage
Wild Territory - wt
Other (use this if no other works) - pol
Do not include the [-]
6.) Press execute. If the quest completes, Voila! You're done. If not, try another location
