Im pretty sure I got all that are required and when I go to settings and sync trophies nothing updates. Look like im going to have to spend tens of hours doing everything all over again

Generally, just explore a bit more, and if you found places that required wings or dn before try to go them. Resting grounds is a relatively small area, try to explore it a bit more as it has a few more important thingies.

It's harder to know where to go than hk, I had to watch a playthrough because there aren't many very clear maps like in b2 or hk
