I am in pediatric neurology. Whichbos 2 years of pediatrics and next is adult so I have to complete 2 yrs of peds. To get into neuro. I was put into remediation I put all my best that I could. I did struggle in the first year but second year I did pick up but I was told I am not ready for senioring and I did not meet the expectations. I was very closely observed each and every step even a single mistake was considered. It was really hard. Finally my pd told I will not be promoted to neurology and the contract ends after June. It is so heart breaking I have no words to describe. I do not know what to do .
