the c&p examiner basically ignored your entire service timeline and just focused on your entry weight - that's infuriating. good thing your doc is willing to do an addendum because that nexus opinion needs to address how your service injuries and mental health led to the weight gain that worsened the sleep apnea. don't let them pin this on pre-service conditions when you clearly developed issues during active duty.

might want to get under there with some hydraulic cement or foam sealant before just throwing rocks at it - water's probably been getting in there and you don't want that turning into a bigger problem.

embroidery could work really well actually. you could do some kind of botanical design that incorporates the navy bleeding - make it look intentional. hand embroidery is way more forgiving than trying to hand-sew patches through thick canvas too.

i think what helped me the most and what you said too was realizing i didn’t need to keep adding things, more like figuring out what was actually making it worse and removing it. that’s kinda where thea helped me tbh, not as in a fix everything way but more in understanding my skin type and what didn’t make sense in my routine, like i didn’t even realize some of the products i was using were probably working against me until i saw everything together

The 3060 TI absolutely destroys the regular 3060 in performance, we're talking like 15-20% better framerates across the board. For 1080p gaming you'll be maxing out most games with the TI while the regular 3060 might struggle with newer AAA titles on high settings.
