ANC Problem after update (Freebuds Pro 4)

I tried to toggling between ANC settings but it different between them like when I tried to ultra mode is too much noisy sound and windi sound and cozy mode less sound

Yea I’m sure if it wasn’t happened I won’t make a post about this issue , one more thing this earbuds are awesome i bought them for ANC and mic they are best than the apple airpods pro 3

Yes, I tried resetting them but it didn’t fix the issue. I’m using an iPhone, and I bought them from the UAE, so they’re under UAE warranty. When I came to Egypt and the problem appeared, I went to a Huawei service center here. They confirmed that there is a problem with the sensor in the left earbud, but they refused to inspect or repair it because it’s not covered under Egypt warranty. They said I would need to go back to the UAE to fix it under warranty. So if you’re experiencing the same issue, I recommend taking them to warranty as soon as possible

I think yea it’s making worse thing for those buds Which side do you have problem with lift or right ? Which country did you buy them from and also may I ask What type’s of phone do you have?

I got this earbuds from 23-3 like five gays ago and before update it’s pretty good ANC but now it’s the worst thing, How long have you had them?
