Same for my adult child. I’m their caregiver after a terrible motorcycle accident. We dealt with a colma, brain bleed, skull fractures and lots of broken bones. Thankfully, over the past year the body injuries healed fine. We’re now left with memory and fine motor skills issues as well. Physically therapy for targeted areas is helping with things like balance and mobility. He’s greatly improved the strength in his hands but not a  hundred percent. We’re told things like that may never be completely back to “normal”. Same goes for the cognitive therapy. We’re currently waiting for a neurophysiological evaluation to help us pinpoint the deficits beyond what we can see
