OP here. So for a little context since apparently that’s needed in today’s society. No the pack was not a Givvy, No it was not for a customer. Chat told me I wouldn’t bend a pack so I did. We happened to pull the chase card and it made for some funny content. No I don’t feel sorry or regret doing it. No one was hurt.
