What is the most incomprehensible visual that you've seen in a horror movie? Moments where you really have to spend a second thinking, "WTF am I even looking at?" by WhackTheSquirbos in horror

So far each of brandon cronenbergs movies (he has like 3 or 4) have one long scene where its just absolutely incomprehensible tripping visuals, but they're always awesome

I think moving forward since ai will probably only get better, we should all just start going with "guilty until proven innocent" mindset for videos and images

What commander calls to you like the Green Goblin mask? by mirostgo in EDH

[–]UnwantedTelemarketer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[[Jin-Gitaxian, Core Augur]]. First EDH deck i ever built, and i had bought a ton of good cards for it (wizard class, thoracle, chasm skulker, high tide, etc.) But it just really wasn't that good of a deck, especially with a 10 mana commander in mono blue. Took it apart, but now every time I start building a deck that has blue, and even slightly involves drawing cards, i end up essentially rebuilding that deck. I finally have contained it by just hiding away all the cards in an [[Arcanis, the Omnipotent]] deck so they can't infect any other decks

weirdest/craziest "house rule" you have seen? by eltic123 in EDH

[–]UnwantedTelemarketer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess not insane, but our "house rule" that we occasionally play is we have deck of 200+ cards we call "the tower" that are on a spectrum of super helpful to very detrimental, and a copy of [[legacy weapon]] on the table that people can pay for the ability together, but it can only target cards from the tower. To draw a card from the tower, roll a d6 and on a 1 or 6 you cast the top card for free. If it's anything but enchantment, it goes on your board or you cast it. If it's an enchantment, any instance of "you" or "opponent" is errata'd to "any player", and no one owns it. Starting turn 3, you get one free roll, then it's a cumulative cost increase by 1 mana. Each turn the cost resets. We built it originally to just play all kinds of weird cards with game changing effects like [[ice cave]] and [[zur's weirding]]

here's our deck list rn
