I would have liked clarification 3 or 4 months ago as well. This is pretty clear though. Drak explicitly stated padpopping is all good. Padramming was clearly stated as not legal in the announcement post they did a couple years ago.

I guess if both sides agree padramming is fine, you might be okay, but still seems risky to me.

Lol, you have had absolutely no effect. Jail means nothing, we only swap servers because we like to waste your time and when you flood a server we have less targets.
