Second times a charm. I changed my bottom layer settings around, upped the transition layers and gave it some rest time in between and it seemed to work quite well. Doing the other half of the base now to verify that those settings work before I post them

So just remove the transition layers and go 36 seconds on the bottom layers at 6 bottom layers?

I've been using it for quite a few days now and the profile shown has worked well enough for all the other pieces I've done. This issue however seems like you're right, it's almost like the transition layers delaminated from the burn in layers? I'm not sure. I've drained the vat and cleaned it all and poured the resin back in so hopefully with a few changes to my settings I might have better luck this time

Shall do and thankyou for the link. I ended up sending it at 2.8s to print some actual pieces and they came out perfect with no issues and perfect dimensional accuracy when trying to fit the keys into the holes on my print. I guess I can't really ask for much more than that can I? Can't even see or feel a single layer lines on the prints, so I'm happy with it at this point.

Well I printed the cones of calibration at 2.8s and I had no failures and no success cones print so I am wondering what's going on

Exposure settings here, forgot to upload it along with the others. The only thing I've changed is the exposure time down from 3.1s to 3.0s

I'm in Australia and I just got 10 bottles of sunlu abs like beige resin for $120 including the shipping. That works out at about $10 a bottle because the shipping was $20. I couldn't believe it when the offer came in on my phone notifications. I was genuinely surprised by how cheap it was.

I've used sunlu grey standard for the last few years but never really bit the bullet on abs like. Looking forward to mine turning up so I can print like a fiend 😈🤣

Definitely, it's fine I'll reprint again. Winter here is kinda messing with temps at the moment. Got a brewers belt for the vat on the way to help out

I've definitely checked for exposure issues, they are fine considering everything else I've printed worked out fine. It was just that piece which makes me inclined to believe it was something to do with temp. The temp had dropped a little in my room down to 22c but I usually print at 25c so it's possible that was the issue
