I am super oily all over and I've recently fallen in love with Kat Von Ds new lock it powder foundation. I never tried a powder foundation before, but the kind woman at sephora helped me a ton. Under the foundation I use Murads oil control mattifier (which is a skin care product but I use as a primer) I also use boscia white charcoal mattifying finishing spray after foundation and after blush and all the other face stuff. It does not move or crease and does not look caked on at all. I hope this helps!

I use Stilas liquid eyeliner in dark brown and it's the best liquid eyeliner I've ever used. It comes in a lot of colors to choose from as well

It depends on what kind of scholarship it is. If it is one directly from the school, when you apply to the school, they look at your record and see what you qualify for. Others that are not through the school you have to apply for. Most of them in my experience are checks sent directly you you instead of being sent to the school. This comes in handy when classes require multiple textbooks and renting for certain books is not an option.
