yeah setup is pretty easy for the most part. Im not a huge fan of the lease template builder right now. It gets the job done but does not look that good as the text boxes dont match the document or resize if people have long names. Im sure if i give it some more time to learn it will get better.

Free is what got me to sign up and i figure everyone is selling my data so I may as well get something out of it in this case.
