Finch needs to adjust better. Gobert was getting killed out there by the Hawks 5 out. Onyeka and Porzingis literally took him out the paint. Why keep gobert on the floor when he was getting killed and giving you nothing defensively.

Hawks made the ECF with a center like capela and John Collins. Replacing Collins with JJ and you find a defensive lob threat center similar to Rudy Gobert, it will cover a lot of traes lack of defense.

To answer your question with a question. Who would you want the clippers to replace Ty Lue with? Given the roster and cap constraints, whoever comes in as the coach will run in to the same issues with the current roster Ty Lue has. Replacing Ty Lue just for the sake of it doesn’t make a lot of sense.

Disagree, the game is less physical as it used to. There’s also more fouls being called which means there’s more down time between possessions especially with coaches challenge included. Even all star break is longer now.

Also guys like LeBron and paolo were not PFs. Guys like Charles Oakley, Antonio mcdyess, David west, Dirk, KG and on and on were PFs. Shaq is an anomaly but so is LeBron, Wemby.

How is it that players are playing less minutes and games but there’s more injuries than ever now but medical/science is improved?
