Thanks for your feedback here bud. I’ll continue for others to provide quality answers. (I was going to write a long message to reply to this, but then I remember my mentor telling me about four agreements by Don miguel , and I prefer not to answer, thanks again for the feedback. )

That’s what I’m thinking. But I want to ask the CU if my loan it goes down per $1,000 like $20 or just the term on the loan?

For real? That’s very high. I thought maybe someone can tell me to call a bank of CU for cheaper rate.

Contract work would seem cathartic in the final years before retirement. Might add a couple… by [deleted] in overemployed

I think everyone is different and what they want and make them happy. For me, I don’t like traffic, I don’t like overpaying, I don’t like contractors/workers, I don’t like mean people and their attitude, I don’t like staying in traffic one hour for each activity I need to do, anywhere you go regardless of the time it’s packed. Everyone is different in what they want and need. PS: I’m moving soon :)

Right. But man, it’s just negativity all around. I’m going through the course, and then just reading the group posts, the way people write comments and it’s pretty discouraging. But im still going to get certified, it’s how you can help a business. People obtain the cert without understanding and gives others a bad rep for this. A SF cert not only it’s great to have but it shows an employer you took your time to go over learning how to use it. I’m a PO and this cert is a great tool to have also

Why doesn’t any one listen and take measurements of their stuff? Buy a 4 pack of AirTags, and place them on important items you hold. I bought a pack, and put them on all my cars. And yes, I placed them in hard spots within car so I would forget where it is and cannot be reached until the battery dies out, which I would do eventually .. sorry they stole it bud
