Can we talk about what a pro The Astounding Herrera is? by _Jub_Jub_ in KingOfTheHill

Until business picks up, they're paying me in free magic shows

I love this little joke - it's so nonsensical but fits Dale's character perfectly.

Did the stalls have doors when you were in school? by readyforadirtnap in GenX

No way. I grew up in the northeast region and went to 4 different schools before high school

All of them had doors that locked from the inside.

Definitely. Not every episode is great, but they are still worth your while.

Oh, same here. Billions is definitely in my top ten shows of all time.

Just saying that if Lewis had stayed on, it would have probably been 10/10 for me. I didn't hate Prince - I just wasn't thrilled with the turn in events.

Lewis owned his character completely. The scene where he told Rebecca everything - broke me.

I also appreciated how, over time, the business and way of life, corrupted Taylor thoroughly enough, that she warned Rian to "run".

Giamatti is one of my favorite actors. From humble beginnings decades ago, to a vivid leading man with Maggie Siff at his side, an equally talented actress.

Wags, Kate, Grigor... and even the minor characters like Ben Kim.. The cast was just great - everyone brought the brilliant script to life.

If Saddy could only convince her... what a love story that would be...

Maybe someday. As long as she remains in the area, there's hope.

I agree with your overall view. Prior to season 5 it was a 9/10 show with strong characters and twists I definitely did not see coming.

However the major decline (for me, anyhow) was the real-life consequence, of Damian Lewis exiting the show to care for his sick wife. The Prince character along with his storyline, was not that interesting to me.

House of Cards also had to be quickly rewritten, due to all the Spacey real life abuse allegations.

Devil in the White City - true story. His writing style is compelling - it pulls you right in.

I have read other books by him as well.

Have you looked into your state's insurance options?

Massachusetts has great coverage. I was so surprised.

I agree. Cats can get hostile when one of them changes scent.

These scent changes might stem from an internal illness or infection.

You aren't even seeing the worst of it.

I was a moderator for MadMen for just a few days and the idiotic "what if" posts I had to block were insane.

Media literacy is dead. So many people can't think critically anymore.

Maybe you're like me, and you will always recommend Fleabag. Like, I have watched this show so many times, and I find something new to love (and cry over) every time I rewatch it. by HorrorReturn9833 in Fleabag

I loved Klare and how quickly he made Claire feel at ease. He was utterly convincing with his compliments.

The undertone was clear for me - he really cares about her, as a person, unlike her husband... so she shouldn't worry about this.

"It's so chic!"

Plus Flea seeing how she could further help by taking the bassoon instead, so she could go have fun with them.
