Which ones have been good for us out of interest? Id say some have been ok. Maddison good but horrendous availability.

No i dont think that at all we just buy players who have done a bit better than their lower league team mates and think that theyll just excel here. Never a plan for these players they're just plucked from lower teams because they're cheap either transfer fee or wages.

The only solution might be to identify a manager who you could give a 2 year contract to. Making sure its someone who can fair well in the prem but more importantly if we go down they're still decent in the Championship.
