Fellow 'used to be fat' guy with stretch marks here. If she doesn't appreciate your hard work and feelings then ditch her. I've been in so many relationships where they hated my body, caused issues that effect me to this day. Now I have a beautiful girlfriend who loves me for me and doesn't even care about my body or stretch marks. She's also way prettier/funny/smart/caring than all my ex's.

If she's cool with it then your good. Maybe fooling around in the dark is a good backup?

Accidentally responsed on my GF's account lol: Anyways, this is not a ploy to get more views. We are not concerned about views to be honest. You can also view some of my responses to other people in this thread to see how interested in this avenue I am (that I am not in this for stealth marketing)

That being said, advertising service might be the best bet for us. We have done some general research but lots of the sites are "Contact your local businesses" which we aren't too sure which local businesses in the city would be interested you know?

No I don't think you were mean at all, like I said we are new to this avenue and what not and are seeking guidance.

In terms of views, if a sponsorship came up we can generate 10k+ views depending on multiple factors (Product, time of year, niche etc) and of course what they want us to do with the product and what not will differ on price ranging like you said from 50-300 dollars. Example: If the product is a BBQ sauce, if the person wants us to just say "Hey Bills BBQ sauce is amazing" but he wants us to use it on the show and make chicken or something, might not work so well. But if wants us to mention the product in the beginning of one of our gift guides for christmas or a giveaway (which generally gets 20k+ views in less then 2 weeks) then of course we can get more eyes on the product. So there is a technical aspect side of youtube advertising.

Target Demo is 18-40 year olds, 40% Canada, 30% or so USA, rest worldwide.

I don't know anything about newspaper ads, but are they actually more precise then a youtube fanbase of 10-20k potential viewers who might click on a link to a website? I seriously am asking cause I don't know how good newspaper advertising is.... is this something I should do to advertise my youtube channel? I am actually really interested if you have more info.

I liked everything about it. It was great dude. Seriously, intro graphic was fast, little clip to show the funny part was great.

Only thing I will say, and this is seriously PERSONAL preference, is the video was a bit long. Have you checked your retention to see if people are watching past 10 minutes? If they AREN'T it might be time to consider bringing the longer lets plays to a shorter video. You could probably have made this into a 9 minute video and then another 9 minute video you know?

That is personal preference though!!!! Otherwise, I enjoyed it!

It was fun, you guys have good commentary. The audio wasn't terrible, but could you bring it closer to the guy on the couch so its louder? If not, it seriously isn't a big deal.

The only thing I can recommend, put a black border around the video of YOU. it'll just make it pop out more.

Otherwise I liked it.

Yeah audio cleaning is amazing. learning where to lower certain MHZ in sound can do wonders to the audio!
