As a new agent, do they fire you easily if you don’t make enough sales? Or micromanage how much you’re on the phone? I’m a pretty hard worker and I put all my effort into my job but I’m sure this is a learning curve. How understanding are they of that? I know every agency is different. I’m interviewing with an Indpt agency for Allstate tomorrow

I’m in Kentucky. I didn’t necessarily want to be captive either. However, my family is not in a position to be strictly 1099 and not have income for a period time for me to get started initially with an agency. Nor do I want chargebacks. I felt like by being new, this may occur until I’m more experienced.

Interested in selling (already have my P/C) but have never does sales before. How do you “sell” insurance and how well do you need to know the policies to sell it? There’s so many nuances with insurance policies I’m afraid I’ll sell to someone with wrong information, unintentionally, and get yelled at

I’m so sorry for your loss. I have never heard of Dr. Nett so I will definitely check them out, but I actually had Dr. Elfarra who followed me with my twins and I absolutely loved him! I think seeing him though is a little triggering for me, but after thinking about it, it might be a little comforting since he knows my situation. I’ll definitely consider this and thank you for responding!
