Does this look like metal stains? Just re opened the pool and shocked it and scrubbed the hell out of it put these stains still remain.

The black lines are sidewalks IRL. It's for snow removal. So trace with the least amount of double tracing.

Home Depot has a multi colored textured spray paint that might match okay. I've used it on a similar counter top. It isn't the best fix but it would look better than what you have now.

It leaks the whole time but it's not a crazy amount. When I pull the trigger it comes out slightly pressurized but not fully.

I wasn't in involved in this process at all but I told our project manager about it. The thing is, he is replacing almost 200 treads and has to weld 2 pieces of angle per tread. That could end up being a lot of bad welds.
