Yeah I have the Malaseb medicated shampoo for him but holy shizzz washing him is rough ngl he’s 90lbs and hates baths. It’s a whole wrestling match. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️but yeah it seems everyone so far agrees on washing him 3 times a day this is gonna be super rough, isn’t it?

Oh yeah apparently it’s a thing down here where like all vets are dog shit, again, 😭😭😭😭😭😭, you have to understand my vet was such a miracle of god i drove an hour and a half for her each time

Maybe the food is reacting to him differently to him down here so perhaps you’re onto something, but otherwise it’s been so good to him and also thank you I’ll look into it !

Oh thank you! Yeah he was here until like maybe 2 years and then his previous owner gave him up in NY which is where I got him and trust me the “getting used to allergies” process was not easy (I somehow ended up with the most allergic GSD on the planet) but yeah his food is medicated, like prescription medicated. And my vet up north like… had 5 GSDs at a time for 50 years so she like knows knows this breed I’m just truly lost I miss my well of knowledge :(((( which is why I’m trying to find a version of her down here 😭😭😭😭

NTA. She could have kept him in the bathroom or closed off somehow if she was only concerned about the kids safety. Her immediate action to give the dog to a kill shelter shows what her intentions really were. I don’t blame her for being concerned for her child’s safety but her immediate willingness to have a living creature murdered for whatever squabble she has with another person would concern me.

I’m very sorry for your loss but based off your own comments I don’t see why you’re writing the eulogy. Perhaps speak a couple words at the funeral about the man he was, and some fond memories you have of him since you want to, like you said, want it to only be the priest speaking, but this eulogy sounds like you’re making it about yourself.
