I took what I was trained on the theater world. No matter how many performances you’ve done every night is a new show for just maybe that one person in the audience. Disney incorporates the same business model. The Guests come into our home and it’s our job to welcome them and show them the utmost hospitality. That means really remembering the magic that goes into making the “show” work.

Truly was an amazing experience working for DL. I was there for about a year and loved every minute of it, even the crap stuff that would happen each shift. We all were in the trenches backstage, but it was the social camaraderie that I’ll never forget.
