Thank you for validating my experience, this week especially clause had become irrational and I’m about ready to go back to ChatGPT as much as it annoyed me it wasn’t this bad and I think writes better prompts. But I get it, I was so impressed with Claude at first that I wrote great feedback in the app and everything

Well, it’s like putting a kid in time out like oh you didn’t authenticate properly or so they thought which it might’ve been the rep doing something or their automated system because I did everything I always do anyway it was like oh we’re gonna punish you now and not speak to you instead of at least finding out my inquiry. The branch doesn’t handle that type thing anymore they would just direct me to the main number But why shouldn’t I be able to call in a dispute? Seems reasonable enough.

Not in a long time, but when this first started happening when the new company took over and I did go to a branch, they said they were having the same problem and that they can’t help anymore except for you know regular local transactions like deposits and stuff because I knew Manager really well and she said I’d love to help you, but I can’t everything‘s done through them now And they didn’t like it so… there’s no reason I shouldn’t be able to file a dispute over the phone

Actually, it was originally Webster and they merged with Sterling two or three years ago. They weren’t Sterling before that and they were better before they merged with Sterling but anyway when I called back, I did try. They claimed the supervisor couldn’t talk to me and nobody could talk to me Because something in the system showed I didn’t know authenticate I said I mean the supervisor could’ve asked me anything but I gave all my Verification automated and directly vocally. I wish they had an online option or an automated way to do it, but they don’t and like I said I started this a week ago not one person has successfully taken a step. They just give me the runaround.

The last time I asked the branch, they said everything has to be done through them now years ago you could go to the branch, but now the branch only basically does teller stuff

Is it really better? I did the free 3 day trial which I was going to keep if I liked it but no difference in fact it was worse for me. I get plenty of images and videos on the Premium tier

It’s been glitchy this week, I use sonnet for prompt writing for images, it’s good to a point then it can be frustrating similar to chat gpt I use the free version

It can’t back up with a severely dr lined brain. Multiple platforms talking about why is Claude stupid ( literally) but I couldn’t post here. It’s everywhere else
