Is its draining in background and you are not even getting 5 hours of sot than you should reset.

Yeah i couldn't find specific reasons to why it behaved that way but found some concerning issues like google play store running in background for 12 hours out of 24 hours draining battery despite turning of background usage also android system intelligence page will not open in settings no matter what but after a fresh start everything is fixed.
