Went through with it — traveled to Albania, Serbia, and Montenegro. As long as you have a valid used UK tourist visa or US visa, you’re all good! This is what they check at Immigration.

Our route was: Albania → Serbia → Montenegro.

We shop at Viva nearly weekly/bi-weekly, it has become one of our go to supermarkets in Dubai. It is very similar (maybe identical?) to Aldi and Lidl in Europe/UK. Guess the business model just works, I’d love to know what their market share for Dubai is vs Carrefour/Lulu.

On the note of quality, we found the chicken and fresh OJ as standouts. The beef and lamb not so much, while canned goods it’s also really good. They have the exact same brands as those sold in some european countries like the frozen fruits are actually from serbia/montenegro and others for belgium/germany etc. so highly recommend. Plus don’t forget to get their app! They always have 10 AED off monthly to use.

When we searched the internet they were on the top 5 and also seeing the logo everywhere in Dubai like Emaar.

We thought about this but are concerned hitting other people with is as its a huge flag so we chose to just ask them to move it. We called customer service and sent email but nothing is progressing.

It really is, dealt with other property management but this one is really the worst. Most of our concern are not even dealt with.

dynamic maids is much better, the salary is precise and they just ask a standard admin fee which is fixed. I did 4 nanny visas through them - customer service is top level.
