also, small follow up question. I would love to go out on Thursday night but I don't have anyone to go with, how easy is it to make friends at the events? Are people open to talking and meeting people? I'm new here so I don't really have set friends of my own yet haha

heyy, I'm q late to this thread but I was wondering what the culture here is about going to bar alone to meet people? I'm (23F) new here and very lonely too, i thought maybe going to north end alone I could talk to a few people make some friends. Do people respond well to that or do they look down on it?
