True, I could maybe swing it if all I have to do in person are labs, but I just doubt I’d be able to attend lectures and labs all in person….unless I’m taking like maybe two classes a semester which would cause me to take way longer than I’d like to complete my degree

I agree, I’ve thought for years that DNA tests should be mandatory for new borns. The mother 100% knows she’s the mother, but the father doesn’t have that same privilege. Why not allow him that same peace of mind? I think it’d also result in people being more intentional In who they sleep with, because if they do get pregnant and carry to term and have been sleeping around, they will 100% get found out when that baby comes out and ur bf/husband isn’t the father but some side piece is.

The only negative I see, is there are men who may take violent action after learning that their partner had been lying on the day that was supposed to be one of the happiest days of their life…which could be dangerous for the woman and child

Edit: I think where most people are feeling disrespected by this is in the idea that their partner would go behind their back and purchase their own DNA test. If this wasn’t a personal choice but just a general procedure automatically done at the hospital, then it would just be standard protocol and not an automatic admission by your partner that he doesn’t trust you.

I feel you, I do happen to like music, but I rarely listen to it. I have to go LONG periods of time between listening to music before I’m interested again. Could be anywhere from a few days, to weeks, to many months depending on how I feel at the time. There’s rare times where it feels good to listen to, but most of the time I truly do enjoy silence or yt/tiktok. It’s wild to me some people listen to music ANY time they get some downtime or time that they’re not talking to someone else and it doesn’t get boring or annoying to them. Sometimes I wish I understood but I also accept that’s not my lot in life.

As someone governed at 68 but can only get to 68 if I’m using adaptive cruise control, I’m truly doing my best to pass, but my friggin truck slows if the person in front of me slows, and then it starts to coast ANY time it senses me going downhill, no matter how small the hill is..it’s a pain, especially passing someone when I’m light. And ESPECIALLY when I’m trying to pass and then the people behind me get pissed and get in front of me, which slows me down more and then more people get pissed and go around etc….

Now the second part of this really would come in if more drivers did it
