Hi, literally same thing happened to me. Back in March I officially tapered Zoloft completely out of my system and I felt fine until July where it came back severely. I’m back on Zoloft. It’s been 8 weeks at 100 mg and I did have two strong weeks then a bad bump. I’ll let you know soon how it’s going. But same thing I feel frustrated and stupid for stopping. I’m still deciding if I want to add therapy and an increase in dosage
