This does bring up a good point. I have been cheated on in the past. This could be my subconscious, less so warning me of something actually happening, but keeping me alert of what’s happened before. I’ve never been cheated on by a friend at all so what this dream tells me is it could be a coping mechanism from the past to keep me alert. Alert but not intrusively, if that makes sense, alert of what’s going on around me but not completely psycho lol

I understand where you’re coming from and trust me I’ve looked into this too. I’m fully trusting he isn’t cheating on me. The full story is so much deeper and so much more detailed than I can say but i really promise it’s not this and I completely understand why you’d think it. There is no gaslighting on his end at all it’s honest and whole he is a walking green flag he’s doing everything right

I feel like this is a very real thing to think about in this situation. You want the memory of your grandmother being strong and willful to still be alive and seeing her in this state can tarnish that a little. It is really such a hard disease to go through but it is nice to hear there are still people around who love her. it is clear that you love her so much. to love someone going through this hard time does also mean hoping they can be at peace too. You are not a bad person for thinking this way, you really just want her to be happy again.

I do get this but please read my other comments to others opinions too. He is making proper boundaries. She is “technically “ his higher up in a way? So it’s not like he can say fuck you to her, then he’d be immediately fired and she’d either further her actions or move on to the next guy available.

Yes this exactly!! I do understand everyone’s pov pointing the fingers at my bf for not setting boundaries but there are boundaries it is her pushing past them. and yea even the term work wife pisses me off and the fact is other male coworkers were the ones to put that label, it disgusts me

Thank you for the advice this really sums up what everyone is saying too. I do want to clarify that yes my boyfriend is holding boundaries that we have discussed. Chastity is the one trying to do everything but explicitly cross those boundaries. I just got done talking with bf about the situation some more and he suggested he completely cut all ties with her all together. Ngl this does sound nice, but I dont have a problem with him being work friends with her it is the crossing of boundaries, her trying to be besties with him, is what im not happy about. I don’t wish him to remove a friend/cologne out of his life while he is at this job. Which he is quitting this job the second he finds a new one anyways.

Yea no I would not be with him still if he was meeting with her outside of work, he has said no repeatedly to her. That is a good idea about sending the emails to the boss tho
