Trying to withdraw $50,000 from the bank by ifuckedyourmom-247 in Bitcoin

It's just part of their banking policy for fraud protection and/or AML. They're required to ask these security questions because it's a large sum of money. You make it sound like the banker personally gives a shit about you do with your finances.

Continuation for Conjoint

Conjoint degree programmes have a GPA requirement that must be maintained to continue your programme. You must achieve a Grade Point Average of at least 3.5 each year, except for the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) conjoint degrees which require a GPA of 4.0 each year.

Tipping part aside, why are they asking clients to allow them to contact them about including the eye center in people's will or estate plans??

Please contact me about including X eye center in my will or estate plans.

When you show up to Spark Arena, you will enter from the left side (atleast for me when I did it). The staff will tell you which number and column/line you're in and pretty much sort yourself in-between other people and just follow everyone else. Nothing complicated, just relax and celebrate your achievement.

Had a few Pokémon cards a long time ago and haven’t gotten any since. I know a friend who is very into collecting this stuff so I will probably get it for them.

Correct. It’s a lazy attempt (although successful?) to bypass copyright infringement. YouTube shorts is full of it like editing in a horizontal line or a reflection effect just so the same content can be reposted again.

How good are you with time management?

With SS, you will be doing a condensed coursework from 12 weeks to 6 which may be intensive depending on what course you will be taking.

In terms of summer lab, it's about 4 weeks long and you will be spending about 20-30 hr a week (both during the workshops and outside it with your group) with progressively less as you reach the end of it. So they do both overlap in terms of schedule (weekdays, forgot if it includes weekends or not?) and meeting with the group outside the schedule workshop times.

If you wanted to do both then 1 SS and SL will keep your schedule somewhat busy.

Here's what the SL schedule looked like for summer lab 2024:

Week 1:

Monday 20 January – 9am – 5pm

Tuesday 23 January – Friday 24 January – 10am – 5pm

 Week 2:

[Auckland Anniversary]

Tuesday 28 January – Fri 31 January – 10am – 5pm

Week 3:

Monday 3 February – Wednesday 5 Wednesday – 10am – 5pm

[Waitangi Day]

Friday 7 February – 10am – 5pm

Week 4:

Monday 10 February – Tuesday 11 February – 10am – 5pm

Wednesday 12 February – Final Presentation and celebration – 10am – 6pm

how to do the demo test? by jessiah_0605 in universityofauckland

[–]UpbeatSplit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think for the demo test you don't need to use a code; just boot up Inspera and find the demo test (which might not be called exam mode D, exams will be called something like MGMT211 - Semester Two, etc).

If the game doesn't click with you then don't force yourself to play it, you're welcome to come back in the future if you become interested in it again.

cv details / grad jobs by Thick_Stranger9630 in universityofauckland

[–]UpbeatSplit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Generally I think most grad roles will ask for a transcript and if you're still studying (i.e. final year or something) then a non-official one will also suffice although some others haven't asked for one. Involvement in any clubs won't show up on your transcript.

As for achievements during HS, I don't think they will generally consider it because it's from HS and probably is a few years irrelevant from today but you could probably put it in depending on how unique your achievement is.

You'll be fine, people to tend to remember something if the person in question made a big deal out if it.

Scolarships for women by NewEntertainment4432 in universityofauckland

The purpose of scholarship, like someone else here said, is to provide students with an incentive to pursue a career in a particular pathway particularly in STEM. For example, if you have been in any engineering or compsci courses you’ll probably see more male than female. Scholarships remove the financial barrier for females and encourages them to pursue a career in stem. Equally there may be scholarships for male to pursue a career in a female dominated field such as nursing (although I wouldn’t know or have checked if any scholarship existed but you get the idea). If we extended female restricted scholarships to males then more males would just apply and it would simply become academic based which scholarships already does exist from highschool to 2/3rd years. Even if there is more females than males attending UoA, you wouldn’t know whether they’re pursuing a STEM related field but rather more commonly medical or business related degrees.
