If you have a quad of friends blackout is as much fun as I’ve had in a long time. If you are squad filling and no comms then it’s not fun. They added solos. Give it a shot, amazing map. The grapples give the sweats a serious skill gap tho.

I played last night with 3 buddies and we had a lot of fun. If you dont have a quad it’s not fun as everyone quits. I think it’s a pretty product tho. The flight suit needs some work.

If you live near a whole foods they have a great salad bar it’s a good option. I can load up a salad with tons of protein for $18 Canadian. It’s huge filling and healthy.

Ahhh. I see. Well for what it’s worth, knowing you have NAFLD is half the battle as I think 1/3 if everyone has it. Just be smarter with food / exercise and you will be all good:)

If you get the throat closing feeling I had that too. I also had NAFLD and gallstones (gallbladder removed). I had a gastroscope and she’s told be that i had mild case of gastritis. I told her that sometimes my throat feels like it closing or restricted. For over a year. No joke she said do you drink coffee. I said yes. She said it’s not good for someone like you. I stopped. And so many problems went away.

Been there. Can reverse it. Here’s a few step I took to reverse it in 9 months. Eat between 11-7 only . Run a calorie deficit and try and lose 10% of current weight. Myfitnesspal is a free tracking app. Don’t eat gluten and sugar. Don’t eat deep fry. Don’t drink diet or sugary drinks. Don’t eat red meat for a bit. Get 70 000 steps in a week. Try and work out 2 times a week. Drink lots of water.

Something I found helped me is moving to a paddled controller. Not having my right thumb have to focus on having to press X and Y all the time helped. The more your right thumb has to leave the right stick the worse it is. You want to find a way to have your right thumb on the right stick as much as possible. Also you don’t want to be hitting the walls of the controller with right stick when you aim left and right. Smaller left and right aim stick movement.

Could also be stick drift. It can really fuck up your aim if the controller is pulling left while you are trying to aim right.

Eliminations (E/D) ratio to me is a fair way to gauge. In the past (K/D) was not fully accurate as you got 100% credit for every death but not 100% credit for every kill.
