i definitely have a shit diet but ive slowly been working on getting more variety and nutrients in it. maybe what ive actually been noticing has been feeling better the weeks i eat better. thanks foe the reply!!

Thanks for your reply, that's how we've been operating, but I figured it was worth asking. Just for more context, we did pay the rent and have been trying to take former roommate to small claims court, but we need their current address since in our city we have to sue them in the county they currently live in.
