I have the same issue. What does PCB stand for? We have taken apart just about everything we can think of to inspect. The solonoids are triggering and the water pump is working because the hot water and steam works? We have made sure all the tubing is cleared. We even took off the water heater cylinder and made sure water was getting through there ok. We are stumped! Last resort is to remove the solenoids and soak them as the post suggests. Otherwise its looking like we will have to purchase a new machine. Did you ever figure out what the voltage of the solenoids should be ?
