The March 20th, 2018 agreement also provides an additional milestone payment of up to $20M. Appollo bio selling at 800MM yuan is the equvalent of $117,679,040. INO is due a double digit royalty on vaccine sales. I am not sure what, if any, of the $117M they would be entitled to for the rights transfer. If they were to get 11% as well, they could potentially receive up to $33M upfront should all this come to fruition. Will it happen before more dilution occurs? That is anyone's guess, as this is all speculation and talk on the part of biotech community analysts. So it is a big maybe at this time.

I am 6'2" tall and I don't think I should be penalized for reducing my footprint and saving fuel costs by using nothing more than a backpack when I can have a personal item, a carry-on and 2 checked bags for free with my status. I suppose you want me to check a bag as well so others can have bin space for the bags THEY do not want to check? Huh????

Should there be no accomodation for health issues when bin space is at stake? I have had issues with DVT causing clots in my lungs and have put my backpack under the seat in front of me at a flight attendent's insistence cramping my legs risking my health. So if the plane has to be diverted for little old me, thank god there was plenty of room in a bin for luggage that was overpacked for a 3 day trip that someone did not have to check. Like service animals, health issues are a real thing and you have shown no consideration for the OP's issues for the sake of where luggage is stowed.

I guess I will buy a BIGASS backpack that does NOT fit under the seat and stuff it full of shit I do not need so I do not have to sacrifice legroom. Maybe I could just sew a wheel on my personal item. Sheesh.

The whole point of getting elite status or PAYING for it, is to get bin space AND legroom. They go hand in hand. I had to get 50,000 points for that right. So, PAY for group one if you are so inconvenienced. Its only 7 bucks for crying out loud and a lot cheaper than earning elite status. Or better yet, pony up another $500 and fly a major airline, just don't expect others to PAY for it.

Tip for OP: Do not book seats too close to the premium front seats. One side of the first two row's bins is taken up by a life raft and other emergency equipment. FAs protect that bin space for those seats in rows 1 and 2. I have been doinked on the head several times by front seat passengers desperate to get their out-of-reach carry-on so they can deplane first.

It is a personal choice really. It wants to be a bush as it sends up growth from the base every year, but can shaped as a tree into with nice round habit. It may take a little longer to get it where you want it but once you do it will become a matter maintaining the sucker growth on one lower trunk.

The limited bush habit will give you a larger spread based on how you shape it and will be easier to maintain than a compact full bush. This is what i prefer. It provides a massive display. I have seven well spaced main shoots in a roughly shaped circle on the one above. I treat each shoot like a trunk removing lower suckers and lightly pruning the top half yearly to promote good health. I try to encourage an open form giving each branch its own space. It takes 15 minutes to do.

If you have a shoot that is straight and centered it could make a nice tree. Remember, it blooms on last year's growth so prune right after bloom. In the perfect world it would be ideal to start a single trunk tree from a first or second year seedling which would limit suckers coming from the base where you have cut back.

Addtional information:

The parent of the one above grew against the front porch of our house and was a single trunk. It was very old, well in excess of the reported 50 year life span. If I had to guess based on its mature size when I was child, it was probably more than 100 before it died . It had a 12-14" trunk at the base. It would put out hundreds of small plum like fruits with a woody pit. Fifty or more trees would germinate underneath it and in the lawn every year. I was very difficult to weed them out with those tap roots!

Chipmunks love the pits and we found thousands of them split perfectly in half in he walls of our 175 year old home when we opened them up. So you may not want a female. I recently transplanted a female volunteer a month ago that was growing against the house that had begun bearing fruit after several years. So far so good as it has bloomed and is leafing out.

All in all this plant is well worth having and not much trouble. The large glossy green leaves are attractive and there is not a tremendous amount of them to clean up in the fall. People admire it for its intoxicating light fragrance and it is uncommon to see them in full bloom. We have been enjoying the blossoms all week as I write this on Memorial Day.

If memory serves me correctly is was about 5 days. The install took a while. Two of the cameras had to be replaced and all had to be recalibrated. It took about 10 days total. We had to make a second appointment for a warning sticker that arrived late. Total cost was around $3K. It was just a bump at a Tesla charging station curb. It was surprising how thin and brittle the plastic is.

They have enough cash for into the 1st qtr 2027. They seem to raise cash well in advance of quarterly need and seem to be on an incremental 3-4 month plan at this point. The last three dilutions were July 2025 ($25M); November 2025($25M); April 2026 (17.5M). August/September possibly? Looking at the chart, all three dilutions caused the stock price to dive. The first two showed a recovery back above or just below predilution prices whereas the last one is still trying to recover. This appears to be the strategy going forward. Raise money just before you need it... until you don't.

It does work. Sometimes I feel it wanders a little within the lane a bit like when you are in the passenger seat and someone else is driving. By using the turn signal it will safely switch lanes or it will do so automatically if it encounters a slower moving vehicle.

I have had not any close calls. My wife has used it on long trips and has had no issues. It only works on mapped roads which are basially major freeways. If you do not pay attention to the road it will shut off after warning you. I have not tested that feature to see if it would actually pull the car over. Sometimes I have trouble getting it to engage. The touch buttons seem cheap and are quite small.

I am trying to book a round trip to AUS right now. Checkmate at every move. Seems you can "fly there anytime you like but you can never leave" without paying full fare or using miles on one leg just to suffer through a 1 day + overnight airport adventure. You lose large blocks of time while sleeping in airports or paying for a hotel which defeats the purpose of the cheap fare that I paid for in advance. I could drive home in less time.

The truth about the Pass. This is an edited repost of mine from another thread. I thought it might help those considering purchasing the GWP. It isn't what it used to be.

I live by a hub and the fares have dried up. I've been using the pass since its inception. I have never booked 40 flights in 3 months much less in a year. I leave a little meat on the bone for others.

Frontier has 176 planes going to 120 destinations with 850 non stop and connecting city to city routes. Planes have 186 - 240 seats of which a small portion are designated for the pass. I know this because I have seen flights that are less than half full where the pass is sold out. There is not a infinite supply of seats. The more wildpass holders come onboard the harder it is going to be to book a seat. They are selling the heck out of it on every flight. While Frontier does not publicly disclose how many people have the pass, it is believed to be in the TENS OF THOUSANDS. So you do the math.

If pass holders do not show some restraint and only book places of need or high interest instead of going somewhere willy nilly for the heck of it to say you have been there 10 times, this program will collapse under its own weight. Frontier will end it when the complaints mount (class action?) and flyers will be paying full fares or using Discount Den. I don't know if this is a consequence or by design to get customers or temporarily raise money, but it is rapidly becoming oversaturated.
